At Alkemi, we like to keep things simple - in the kitchen and in shipping. Here’s how your jars of magic make their way to you:
We charge a flat fee of ₹100 for all orders across India. Free shipping on orders above Rs. 699
For select Bangalore-only items, delivery charges will vary based on distance.
Pantry Items (like masalas, podis, toppers): Dispatched within 1–2 business days from receiving your order.
Kitchen Specials (like fresh deli items): Orders close every Monday midnight. We roast, grind, and prep fresh - then dispatch them on Wednesday.
Orders marked “Bangalore only”: Delivered the same day as dispatch. Charges vary based on your delivery location.
Pan-India Orders: Delivered via our trusted courier partners. Transit times vary by pin code but usually take 3–5 business days after dispatch.
You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If you order both pantry items and kitchen specials together, they’ll ship according to the slower timeline (Wednesday dispatch).
Once the order is dispatched, it usually takes 3-5 working days for delivery to your desired address.
